Cookies and Cream Cupcake Recipe

Frosting
Beat 150g soft butter with 220g icing sugar. Crush 6 chocolate sandwich biscuits to a rubble, not a dust, and fold them through with 1 tablespoon of milk. Pile it on cooled cakes and add a little more biscuit on top.
The biscuit softens overnight. Ice them the day you eat them.
