Black velvet and dot cakes
We do not keep a black velvet cake or a polka-dot cake on the everyday menu. Both are custom finishes on a chocolate or vanilla sponge: a very dark crumb for black velvet, and piped dots for a dot cake.
If you want red velvet specifically, that one is on the menu as cupcakes and as a round cake.

Character and one-off designs are quoted. Use the custom dress-cake form or contact us with the date, servings and a photo of the look you want. Cakes need three days’ notice. Weddings and large corporate orders need about a week.
